I obtained my Bachelors degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from the Pune University (INDIA) in 2004 and . I then worked as an Embedded Software Engineer for 2 years in Aftek. I also obtained Masters (MS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at San Diego State University in 2008, with an emphasis on ‘adaptive routing protocol for multihop wireless ad hoc networks’ under the guidance of Dr. Sunil Kumar.
I interned at Google in summer of 2007 in the Google Platforms team. Currently I am working in Qualcomm Inc. as a Software Engineer (Mobile Apps).
My interests lie in the field of embedded mobile computing, namely what’s being termed as Mobile 2.0 and Mobile 3.0 and protocol stack development for various wireless technologies post 3G. I feel that the two major buzzwords of the future would definitely be ‘mobile’ and ‘wireless’.
Well, since social networking is the key to self promotion, here is my attempt at it :) You can also find me on facebook.
